Parents Dealing With the Loss of an Adult Child:

Every Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Grief can feel very lonely. Sharing your sorrow with others who have experienced similar losses can be helpful. Learning how to share feelings of grief and loss will lighten your burden and make it easier to carry. In healing, the most important thing is to have the support of others. Connecting with others will help you heal.
